Our story begins with our grandfather who started doing dried fruit business in 1950. As the second and third generations in our family, we specialized in the production of Dried Fruits and established GÜLMAŞ Food as a pioneering company in the industry.

No additives or preservatives are applied to the figs; Our figs are always natural. The most common forms of all exported figs are Lerida, Protoben, Pulled, Garland, Baglama, Makaroni and Layer.
It’s the yellow dried apricot. Compared to the dried apricot, its nutritional value is higher and shelf life is longer.
Sun Dried Natural Apricots are dried naturally over the soil or drying racks. Apricots are not exposed to direct sunlight. Instead, a covering is used. During the drying process the apricots are not fully dehydrated so as to preserve their extract. This way, the vitamins, minerals and nutritional values are preserved. Malatya apricot is the only type of apricot to which these processes can be applied.
