It is manufactured from HI, HII Boiler sheet (DIN EN 10028 P 265-295 GH p 355 GH). Special boiler pipe (DIN 17177, TS EN 10217-10216) is used. It is designed according to standard furnace loads and produced in a way to obtain high efficiency according to TS, EN, DIN, TRD norms. It has a large steam volume and easily meets sudden drafts. It is easy to intervene in the boiler thanks to the hand and man holes. The water level is electrode controlled. A second electrode system is used for minimum water level. Electronic chimney temperature control is carried out. It has low flue gas emission. Thanks to automatic loading, posestad controlled combustion is provided. Convenient operation and easy maintenance. In our ESK type boilers, we can manufacture water pipe front furnaces and larger steam capacities. (4000-20000 t/h) Capacities are given according to 6 bar operating pressure and 80°C feed water, and we have productions above 6 bar. It is a fast steam generator produced for small places, narrow spaces. It has all safety devices and is completely safe. It can be used in more difficult working conditions compared to spiral tube steam generators. It is in a package ready to work on all armatures and burners. It takes up little space and produces steam in a short time in the most economical way. It requires little maintenance and is fully automatic. It has a water separator that prevents water transport with steam. In spiral pipe systems, as a result of the evaporation of water, foreign substances in the water remain in the spiral pipe, causing the pipes to clog and become disabled in a short time. However, since the EBJ types we produce are easy to bluff, they are less affected by the foreign materials in the water, so they have a longer life.
