THE NAZILLI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, WHICH IT HAS PARTICIPATED SINCE 2013, DRAWN ATTENTION BY BEING THE ONLY CHAMBER TO OPEN A STAND AT THE ANUGA FAIR, AS IT HAS IN PAST YEARS.
ISTANBUL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PRESIDENT ŞEKİP AVDAGİÇ, MÜSİAD FOUNDING VICE PRESIDENT BAYRAM ALI BAYRAMOĞLU, AND MÜSİAD FORMER PRESIDENT ABDURRAHMAN KAAN VISITED THE NTO STAND
Şekip AVDAGİÇ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, one of the world's three largest professional organizations, was welcomed at the NTO stand by Nuri ARSLAN. The members of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) Board of Directors presented Nuri Arslan with a certificate of participation in the fair organized on behalf of the NTO.
In his statement, AVDAGİÇ said, “He emphasized the importance of the Chambers in the country's development and expressed his satisfaction with the NTO's export-related activities. The Nazilli Chamber of Commerce President is a very senior friend and brother of ours. Therefore, I congratulate him for bringing together such excellent companies operating in Nazilli's fertile lands. Another thing we are proud of is that, in addition to our chamber's stand, we hope that many companies from Nazilli will be present at the fair. We hope that in future fairs, we will have the opportunity to see more of our Nazilli companies at these fairs. I congratulate them on this organization. And I wish all the companies here, especially the valued companies from Nazilli, a beneficial and fruitful fair.”
At the fair, held from October 4-8, regional products and products with registered geographical indications were promoted. At the stand organized on behalf of the NTO, food products produced and processed by Chamber of Commerce members were presented to buyers from various countries around the world. Business owners who participated in the fair organized by the NTO and promoted their products at the Chamber's booth had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with buyers.

NTO Chairman Nuri ARSLAN Visited NTO Members Who Had Booths at the Fair
NTO Chairman ARSLAN visited members of the Nazilli Chamber of Commerce who had booths at the Anuga Food Fair. During a visit to BD Fig Production and Marketing Co., Sare Fig Agriculture and Food Trade Co., Çevik Food and Agriculture Production and Trade Co., Yavuz Fig Food and Agriculture Trade Co., Kırlıoğlu Agriculture and Food Trade Co., and Sante Food Industry and Trade Inc., company owners and officials expressed their satisfaction that NTO was the only Chamber with a stand at the fair. They stated that having affiliated institutions on their side in international trade is a significant advantage, particularly for buyers, and that it facilitates more secure communication.
Nazilli Chamber of Commerce Chairman Nuri ARSLAN Made a Statement Regarding the ANUGA Food Fair
NTO Chairman Nuri ARSLAN stated, "We have been regularly participating in and setting up stands at this event, one of the world's leading and most important trade fairs bringing together international food companies, since 2013." Our region is characterized by a strong emphasis on food production and agricultural activities, with the regional economy heavily dependent on agricultural activities. As the Nazilli Chamber of Commerce, we believe that development can only be achieved through production and exports. In this regard, a significant portion of our Chamber's activities consist of increasing exports, guiding companies with export potential, and helping them take their first steps into international markets.
We are proud to witness that many of our members who participated in the fair with us and exhibited their products at our booth have begun exporting as a result of the connections they have established. We have been participating in the biennial Anuga Fair in Germany since 2013. The Nazilli Chamber of Commerce is the only chamber with a booth. This presents a great opportunity, especially for our members who currently export or are considering it.
As Nazilli Chamber of Commerce, we are making a visit to the ANUGA FOOD FAIR to be held in Germany.
Regional products and our geographical indication registered products were introduced in the Fair program, which was held with the cooperation and support of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB). Food products produced and processed by Chamber of Commerce members were featured at the stand organized on behalf of NTO.
